Nachi is a veteran in the investment banking technology, especially in multi-asset electronic trading and clearing areas. He features in various industry wide conferences covering topics ranging from derivatives reforms to high frequency trading.
Prior to starting up Dojima, a technology firm that specializes in high performance solutions for derivatives, Nachi was the global head of multi-asset electronic trading and OTC clearing technology for Credit Suisse. He was responsible to deliver trading solutions across stocks, bonds, derivatives, FX and more. His clientele was close to a 1,000 firms ranging from small hedge funds to very large asset management firms. His team was spread across 9 cities around the world.
During Nachi's long career with Credit Suisse, he managed several global technology teams across equities, fixed income, prime services and wealth management areas. Nachi has lived and worked in many locations around the world including New York, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Sydney, Bangalore and Chennai.
Nachi comes from a strong technology background developing computer operating systems. He holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Computer Science from Indian Institute of Science, a Management diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from Madurai Kamaraj University.
One of the founding partners of Dojima, Rajeev is based in London and heads up the technical division of the firm. With decades of experience in the financial industry, Rajeev has built up extensive business and technical expertise in electronic trading and the technology that underpins this.
Rajeev has held senior technology leadership positions with a number of tier-1 investment banks, leading global teams to build mission critical trading systems for equities, fixed income and FX businesses. He was head of connectivity at one of the leading EMS provider, responsible for building their global trading network from ground up for multi-asset trading.
Before starting Dojima, Rajeev was working for a boutique consulting firm, leading a multi-bank initiative to define standards for trading OTC derivatives. He comes from a strong technology background, holds an engineering degree in computer science from University of Calicut.
